Day1: Arrival Addis Ababa. Transfer hotel. Balance of the day do city tour and visit National museum, Mount Entoto, the three Trinity Cathedral, Markato, and more. Over night hotel.

Day2: Fly to Bahirdar. After an early breakfast, transfer to airport for your domestic flight to Bahirdar. Morning drive to Blue Nile falls at 35kms south of the town. Afternoon, Boat cruise over lake Tana to the islalnd monasteries of Ura kidane Mehret, Aziwa Mariam, Mahal Zegye Gyorgis & Narga Selassie (men monastery) and so on. O/n hotel.

Day3: Bahirdar – Gondar- early morning start driving to Gondar through wonderful farmlands of Amhara people, on the way visit the ruin palace of Guzar, continue Gondar and lunch in hotel. In the afternoon start the city tour and visit the royal castles compound, bath of king Fasilada, Debre Birhan Selassie (Light of Trinity) with wonderful mural paintings and Qusquam church. Day4: Gondar – Semien Mountains- Drive to the Semien Mountains, for 1night and on the way stops at the village of Fellasha village where Jewish people used to live and the spectacular Kosoye view point. In the afternoon, start trekking in the Simen and explore some endemic mammals like, Galada baboons and the majestic landscape of the surrounding. O/n hotel.

Day5: Semien Mountains – Aksum- after an early breakfast and more viewing in the Simen, proceeds to Axum via the scenic beauty of Limalimo hills and Tekeze river valley. O/n hotel.

Day6: Axum- Visit the steles park, church of St Mary of Zion where the original Ark of Covenant believed to be restred, bath of Queen of Sheba, and more. O/n hotel.

Day7: Aksum – Gerealtha- take breadfast then head to the small village of Yeha, a pre-Christian moon temple is standing, DebreDamo monastery, the cave churches of St. Paul and St. Peter, Michael melhaizengi, Medihanialem Adikesho. O/n lodge.

Day8: Gerealtha- Full day in Gerealtha with a visit rock hewn churches of Danieal and Mariam Korkor, Mariam Papasite, Abune Yemata and more. O/N lodge.

Day9: – Gerealtha – Mekele- Drive to Mekele. On the way, visit Abreha Atsibeha and Wukro Cherkos churche. O/n hotel.

Day10: Mekele- Lalibela- After breakfast, head to Lalibella through the wonderful landscape of Alamat and Korem mountains then to Lanke Ashengie. O/n hotel.

Day11: Lalibella – Full day in Lalibela and visit the 11 rock-hewn churches such as Bete Medihanialem/the house of the redeemer of the world, Bete Maria/the house of St Mary, Bete Meskel/the house of the cross, Bete Denagil/the house of the Virgins martyrs, Bete Micheal-Golgottah/the house of St. Micheal and Golgotha, Bete Giorgis/the house of St. George; Bete Gabriel-Raphael/the house of St. Gabriel and Raphael; Bete Emanueal/the house of Emanuel; Bete Merkorious/the house of Merkorew and Bete Aba Libanos/the house of father Libanos. Day12: Lalibella- Morning mule trekking to Asheten Mariam church and afternoon drive to Genet Mariam rock hewn church or the cave church of Naktuleab. O/n hotel.

Day13: Lalibela – Kombolch- after an early breakfast, start driving to Kombolch. On the way, visit monastery of St. Estifanos perched on the side of lake Haik, and then proceed to Kombolcha. O/n hotel.

Day14: Kombolch – Addis Ababa- this day we drive direct to Addis Abeba. But if Sunday, visit Senbete the colorful Senbete market where the Amhara, Afar & Oromo people are meeting. On arrival do more sightseeing and shopping in Addis Abeba. Enjoy farewell dinner in one of traditional restaurants with folkloristic live dances are on show. Then transfer to the airport for departure home. End of the tour.
